I pick Garden Spot too. Yellow is too bright for a sleeping room and the red is too dark (for my taste). I am so jealous BTW--a brand new house...I can only dream...
Definitely Garden Spot. We did a similar color in Gavin's room when we had our house in WA. It was so soothing. I told Nate that I wanted the same color for our room next time we buy a house.
I love the red because everything in my house is red...I saw red if you do only one wall as a focal wall but for all around I'd say garden spot. good luck...
