When you are the mother to boys...

...you get gross things! Currently we have 2 frogs (Clint caught another one), a boatload of crickets for the frogs, 1 ant farm with a zillion ants, and a worm. I did, however, send the worm back outside to "play." It's gross and I just can't handle it. I figured we'd get a dog someday, but even that was a bit of a stretch. These little friends are just giving me the heebie-jeebies!

SNOW MUCH FUN!!

We just spent the weekend at Lake Tahoe and had the greatest time ever! We went sledding and had a great little cabin on the lake. The kids loved it! Clint definitely misses the snow.

Clint was trying to teach Cambria how to make a snow angel. She didn't quite get it.The guys dug out the most fabulous tunnel through the snow. The were outside for hours!
This was such a fun weekend, we will definitely be heading back next year!

Our braided girl

We braided Cambria's hair on Sunday just to see if it could be done. It turned out pretty cute! It only lasted for a few hours, but it was fun anyway!

Nana's Birthday

Erin and Cambria took Nana out for her birthday this morning. It was just the ladies, so fun!

Our Cub Scout

Gavin started Cub Scouts last week. He thinks it's "So awesome!"

Aquarium

Clint took some nice pictures at the Aquarium today and since I will clearly never get around to scrapbooking them, I thought I would post them up here. Enjoy!

Amphibians gross me out!

During a rain storm this week, we heard some pretty loud croaking outside. Clint went to investigate and came in with a frog. Needless to say....ew! I (Erin) am, of course, the one who has had to house AND feed this little pet. Crickets and I just don't get along. Hopefully I don't kill it. I've had a bit of a bad run with frog-tending.

Gavin: 8 in '08

He was pretty excited to get the over-the-door Hot Wheels track for his birthday. Carson helped pick it out and Gavin was truly grateful. We can't believe we have an 8-year old!
